As a motorcycle owner, you know all too well that the road can be a dangerous place. We understand too — that’s why Allied’s motorcycle insurance coverage is designed for a wide range of situations.
Our optional motorcycle insurance coverage include:
Liability insurance
Liability insurance covers the damages you may be legally responsible to pay due to a covered accident, like bodily injury or damage to another person’s bike or car.
Collision
Collision coverage pays to repair your bike if it’s damaged by a covered collision with another object. This policy includes $2,000 in coverage for helmets, leathers and other safety apparel.
Comprehensive coverage
This coverage helps pay to have your motorcycle repaired when damaged by covered fire, theft, falling objects or vandalism.
Uninsured/underinsured motorists coverage
Uninsured motorists coverage provides for bodily injury if you or your passenger are injured by a covered hit-and-run driver or someone without insurance. It also covers you if you’re in a covered accident while on foot.
Underinsured motorists coverage fills in the gaps if you’re in a covered accident with someone who doesn’t have enough insurance to cover your losses.
Custom equipment
This option provides up to $30,000 in coverage for parts, custom paint, and accessories ($3,000 included for free with comprehensive coverage).
Guest passenger bodily injury
This coverage will cover costs if your passengers are injured while riding on your motorcycle.
Roadside assistance
If selected, our emergency roadside assistance program provides help with a flat tire, a jump or a tow. You also have the option of increasing your protection to include any trip interruption expenses you incur when you are more than 100 miles away from home.
Towing and labor coverage
This coverage can reimburse you for a tow and for the labor costs to get your motorcycle up and running again.
Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) coverage
If you choose this option, Allied will replace lost or damaged parts in a covered loss with OEM parts, whenever available.
Agreed value for replacement
Agreed value for replacement coverage ensures that you get an agreed replacement amount for custom bikes, trikes, assembled/kit bikes and vintage bikes based on a formal appraisal, rather than the current market value.
